- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've had both great and horrible experiences with Banner. It usually is to the extreme, a reeeally good visit or a reeeally bad visit. But overall, their actual banking is bangin. Free checking and no ATM fees from anywhere! Literally. They even credit the other banks ATM fees within 24 hours (it's usually immediate), it's great! So if you're someone who is comfortable with direct deposits & using ATM's without having to frequent inside, they'll be perfect for you.By Rachael Anderson, March 08, 2017
