  So I've been dealing with this office for the last 9-10 months, and I can trust with 100% certainty, after waiting for several hours each time I try to call and getting sent to several different numbers; I have 100% certainty that these people will not accommodate me even long enough to hear the full situation that's going on, and that every single time I hang up the phone, they will not do the thing they said they were going to do. Or the situation is not what they've told me. Basically I think that the people who I've dealt with for the last portion of a year should not be aloud to have their jobs, and even if I managed a low consequence fast food restaurant I would not allow them to work for me. For several months at a time my case been neglected without cause and because of mistakes, and I've had to send them my information over and over again because the people I give my information to don't submit it into their systems. I was told by the last person I talked to that everything would be situated and that there was nothing left to do by today. I called today and they said that they are going restart the determination of my case that's already been completed because again it wasn't done right the first time. In conclusion, I have 100% certainty that everything they say on the phone is only a deflection and nothing else, and that the people in this office are incapable of completing the tasks that they claim they will, or the tasks they claim they've already done. I wish there was an option to give this 0 stars. These people are ruining people's lives, and this week what little faith I had in their last claim will have caused me to lose my job.

  Woman on the phone refused to answer any of my questions and would not give me an appointment. Very nasty woman.
