- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We had our services shut off today without any prior warning phone call, after making arrangements last week. Whether or not people have children in the home is obviously of no concern to these people. But, I can bet the two managers on staff that I called to complain to, but were unavailable, are sitting at their desks eating lunch, making near six-figure salaries, while my one-year-old child is screaming in the background because I had to sit on the phone with them, and I have no way to explain to her why people with a buttload of cash don't care if she has any water. Based on this, I can't help but wonder if they might have ever received a bucketload of excrement on their porch? Wouldn't surprise me in the least.By Natosha Zimardo, July 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆hmmm seems like some one who works for them made the five star comment the natasha who is telling the truth is the two star one. i am votting 1 start because that is what they are worth. originally is was 150$ every two months but now they are going to one month billing you would think it would only cost 75$ a month but it doesnt they jacked it up to 95$ a month..... what kind of flipping logic is that not only that but there is alot of low income that lives in the area and not much help with water if your in a tight spot. also yeah you can make an arrangement but more times than none you need to call back the next flipping day to make sure the person you talked to before actually put the note in cause some times they "forget" i call it plain laziness i mean you guys get payed good money just do your flipping job rightBy Brandon Wilkienson, February 14, 2017
